Career

Before joining Han Kun, Yi Ding had worked at Baker & McKenzie's Shanghai office for eight years. Before that, he had worked at King & Wood Mallesons for four years since 2006. Yi Ding's specialism lies in syndicated finance and is well versed in dealing with cross-border financing transactions including real property, acquisition, and project financing. Yi Ding has vast experience in aviation finance and is frequently called upon by international and local banks, leasing firms and airline companies for his expertise in the area. He also ably assists banks and other financial institutions in establishing their operations in China and their corporate governance, merger and acquisition and regulatory advisory matters.
