Career

Before joining Han Kun in October 2012, Ms. Wang had been working with King & Wood Mallesons Beijing for over twelve years.

Ms. Wang advises on the full range of banking and finance transactions, including private and corporate banking business, commercial loans, syndication loans, project finance, trade finance, export credit, debt restructuring, securitization, corporate bonds and other structured products.

Ms. Wang is also a well-recognized expert in the aviation finance sector. She has been involved in almost all types of aviation finance transactions such as operating leasing, finance leasing, sale and lease-back, China bonded zone leasing, JOL and French Tax Leasing. These transactions involve almost all PRC airlines' leasing and financing of hundreds of aircraft. She has also advised many Chinese companies and individuals in the sale and purchase of private jets.
