Antitrust:

Bankruptcy & Restructuring:

Represents all parties and interests involved in the debtor/creditor relationship in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings as well as buyers in bankruptcy sales and other insolvency proceedings. Employment, Labor & Benefits:

Advises employers on complex employment issues, including federal, state and local labor, employment and benefits-related compliance; defending wage and hour, discrimination, and retaliation claims, including class and collective actions; litigating and advising on non-compete and trade secret matters; handling collective bargaining agreements and other labor issues; and counseling on HR policies and practices, including benefit and executive compensation plans and the Affordable Care Act.

Energy & Sustainability:

Mintz was one of the first law firms to develop a practice focused on energy and sustainability innovation.
