As a go-to resource for clients at all stages of investigations and disputes, Marc regularly conducts internal investigations and helps clients avoid charges and litigation. When litigation is unavoidable, Marc takes the lead role in representing clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts around the country, in arbitrations, and before regulatory agencies.
