Theresa has deep experience in advising clients within the pharmaceutical supply chain on a range of M&A, investment, contracting, and regulatory matters. Theresa has particularly deep expertise within the PBM and pharmacy industries. Theresa counsels clients on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and the structuring and negotiation of complex service arrangements. Theresa also regularly advises pharmacies, PBMs, and payors on a variety of federal and state regulatory compliance matters, including fraud and abuse, Medicare Part D, and state pharmacy law compliance.
