Tara Dwyer

Tara works with national and regional managed care organizations, pharmaceutical services providers such as PBMs, value-based care organizations, and companies that invest in them on matters relating to compliance with federal health care program regulations, federal and state fraud, waste and abuse laws, and plan benefits. Because of Tara’s experience in these areas, she is frequently asked to serve as lead regulatory counsel on significant transactions and federal investigations and litigations relating to the Medicare Advantage and Part D programs. Tara also actively engages with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Health & Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) on behalf of clients.
