Career
Wenliang Zhang is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining M&T, Mr. Zhang is the managing partner of Tianlun & Partners.
Mr. Zhang has rich experience in the areas of special assets, restructuring and insolvency, structured finance, and dispute resolution. During his 20 years of practice, Mr. Zhang has been involved in more than 20 large-scale corporate relief and restructuring projects, including Pangda Group, Founder Group, Tsinghua Group, China Fortune, Elion Group, and so on. Mr. Zhang has provided legal services for debt resolution and restructuring for more than 50 real estate projects nationwide and provided legal services for the bulk acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets with a total book value of more than RMB 150 billion. Mr. Zhang has represented the four major asset management companies, other financial institutions, and other investors in many litigations and enforcement work related to non-performing assets and investment and financing. He has participated in the structured financing of many real estate projects and provided legal advisor services for the establishment, operation, and investment of several non-performing asset investment funds.
张文良律师是北京植德律师事务所创始合伙人、困境重组部牵头合伙人。在创建植德之前，张律师在北京市天伦怡达律师事务所担任主任合伙人。
张文良律师在特殊资产和破产重组、结构化融资、争议解决领域有着丰富的经验。在执业20多年间，张律师参与了20多个大型的企业纾困和重整项目，其中包括庞大集团、方正集团、紫光集团、华夏幸福、亿利集团等；为全国50多个房地产项目提供债务化解及重组法律服务；为账面总额超过1500亿元的不良资产批量收购、处置项目提供了法律服务；代理四大资产管理公司、其他金融机构、其他投资人进行了大量不良资产及投融资相关的诉讼、执行工作；参与了大量的房地产项目的结构化融资，也为若干不良资产投资基金的设立、运营、投资提供法律顾问服务。
