Career

Shouchun Xu is the founding partner of Merits & Tree Law Offices. Prior to joining M&T, Mr. Xu was the executive partner of Grandway Law Offices.

Mr. Xu served as a member of the first, second, and third GEM Issuance Examination Commission of China Securities Regulatory Commission(the “CSRC”), and participated in the review of more than 130 companies’ initial public offerings, with rich experience in capital market issue and listing review; in more than 20 years of legal services in capital market, Mr. Xu has been responsible for dozens of companies’ initial public offerings, refinancing, M&A and restructuring projects in domestic and overseas capital markets, with rich experience in capital market legal services. Mr. Xu has in-depth research on laws and regulations in the field of legal services in the capital markets, and he has been invited to participate in the legislative seminars of the CSRC and relevant government departments for many times. He has rich experience in combining theoretical research and legislative practice in the fields of securities issuance and listing, M&A and restructuring and regulation of listed companies. Mr. Xu has been listed in Chambers and LEGALBAND as one of the top lawyers in the securities and capital markets for many times.

徐寿春律师是北京植德律师事务所创始合伙人。在加入植德之前，徐寿春律师曾在北京国枫律师事务所担任执行合伙人。

徐寿春律师曾任中国证监会第一、二、三届创业板发行审核委员会委员，参与了一百三十多家公司的首次公开发行股票并上市（IPO）的审核，具有丰富的资本市场发行上市审核经验；在二十多年资本市场法律服务中，徐寿春律师负责了数十家公司在境内外资本市场的首次公开发行、再融资、收购兼并和重大资产重组项目，具有丰富的资本市场法律服务经验；徐寿春律师对资本市场法律服务领域法律、法规具有较为深入的研究，多次受邀参与中国证监会及相关政府部门的立法研讨工作；在证券发行上市、并购重组和上市公司监管等领域具有较为丰富的理论研究与立法实践相结合的经验；徐寿春律师多次入选钱伯斯、LEGALBAND等证券与资本市场顶级律师排行榜。
