Founded in 2006, Merits & Tree Law Offices ("M&T") now boasts over 150 partners and more than 500 lawyers and staffs across 10 offices, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Haikou, and Hong Kong.

M&T is a comprehensive law firm that delivers full-cycle, multi-dimensional, and one-stop legal services. Half of our partners have an international education background. They are capable of working multilingual.
