Career
Jing Gu (Jeffrey) has been practicing law since 1994, witha specializtion in dispute resolution, real estate and construction, banking and finance. He has nearly 30 years of experience providing litigation and non-litigation legal services, throughout the entire lifecycle of real estate projects, to real estate developers, financial institutions, real estate private equity funds, as well as both domestic and foreign investor. Jeffrey also specializes in bank compliance, NPA recovery, insurance contract and subrogation disputes, financial leasing, equity M&A, and PE funds.
As an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission and the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center), Jeffrey has heard over a large number of cases involving finance, corporate, real estate, and construction, accumulating extensive practical experience in arbitration of financing and equity investment, PE funds, real estate and construction matters.
