Career
Ruiming Jiang is a partner of Merits & Tree Law Offices. Prior to joining M&T, Mr. Jiang was an executive partner of Grandway Law Offices.
Mr. Jiang is proficient in the legal business in the fields of securities issuance, M&A, asset restructuring, investment and financing, etc. Based on his professional research ability in enterprise management and operation, and his experience of long-term service to enterprise clients, Mr. Jiang is skilled at analyzing and judging the substantive legal problems faced by clients and proposing comprehensive legal solutions for clients. In the past 20 years, he has provided legal services for hundreds of enterprises with their restructuring, structure design, domestic and overseas IPOs, M&A, bond issuances, assets securitization, foreign cooperation, and other businesses.
Ruiming Jiang served as a member of the 10th and 11th Issuance Examination Commission of China Securities Regulatory Commission (the “CSRC”).
