Han Ye is a partner at Merits & Tree and the head of Antitrust and Competition Department. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Ye worked at Zhonglun Law Firm for many years.
Mr. Ye’s main practice areas are Antitrust/Competition Law and Regulatory and Compliance. He has led and participated in more than 200 various legal services projects and provided legal services to numerous top-tier corporations from different jurisdictions. His clients come from diverse industries, such as semiconductor, Internet, FMCG, pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, New Energy, online and offline retail, automobile and spare parts, commercial real estate, shipping, manufacturing and so on. Mr. Ye has extensive practical experience, excellent industry research and analytical abilities, and he is good at giving comprehensive analysis from multiple perspectives combining laws, industries and economics.
Mr. Ye actively researches frontier issues to antitrust law. He has published hundreds of articles in Law Press, LexisNexis, Wolters Kluwer, China Business Law Journal, Caijing, PaRR and so on. He also actively participates in the government-led revision of relevant laws and regulations, and social activities.
