Career

Hong Lu is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining M&T, Mr. Lu was a partner at Zhejiang Huxin Law Firm, Shanghai Zhengjun Law Firm, and East & Concord Partners.

Since practicing in 2000, Mr. Lu has been focusing on the legal services of construction projects in real estate and infrastructure. He specializes in combining engineering expertise in controlling and resolving disputes over project cost, construction period, and quality, including strategy formulation, business negotiation, finding potential risks, and providing solutions. He has represented several Fortune 500 and listed companies and provided full legal services and litigation agency services for major projects in residential, commercial, office, hotel, plant, recreation, railroad, power, etc. Mr. Lu has served as the drafter of All China Lawyers Association's Operation Guidelines for Lawyers Dealing with Construction Engineering Legal Business, has also served as an arbitrator of many arbitration institutions for a long period of time, has heard and ruled on many cases of construction engineering disputes, and has rich theoretical and practical experience in the handling of arbitration cases in engineering.

鲁宏律师是北京植德律师事务所合伙人、组织人事委员会牵头合伙人。在加入植德之前，鲁宏律师曾在浙江沪鑫律师事务所、上海政君律师事务所和北京天达共和律师事务所担任合伙人。

鲁宏律师自2000年执业以来，一直专注于不动产与基础设施领域的建设工程法律服务，特别擅长结合工程专业知识，控制并解决工程造价、工期、质量争议，包括策略制订、商务谈判、发现潜在风险及提供解决方案等。曾代表多家世界五百强、上市企业，为住宅、商业、办公、酒店、厂房、文娱、铁路、电力等重大项目提供全过程法律服务和诉讼代理服务。

鲁律师曾担任中华全国律师协会多部涉建设工程律师业务操作指引起草人，还长期兼任多家头部仲裁机构仲裁员，审理裁决了大量建设工程纠纷案件，对工程领域仲裁案件的处理具有丰富的理论和实践经验。
