Ms. Li has been engaged in the legal practice and research of securities, company and investment law. She is adept at handling legal issues from a business operator’s perspective. She led the team and presided over the completion of the company restructuring and establishment, securities issuance and listing, M&A, assets reorganization, private financing, overseas acquisitions, fund company establishment, and other projects.

At present, she is also a member of the National Manufacturing Transformation Fund Investment Committee, an external expert of Sequoia Capital A shares market, an arbitrator of the Wuhan Arbitration Commission, and a core member of CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., BOC International (China) Co., Ltd., Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. and Hongta Securities Co., Ltd.
