Qinghong Cai is a partner at the Beijing Office of Merits & Tree Law Offices. She has served as the lead partner of the Investment and M&A Department and is currently the lead partner of the Business Cooperation and Promotion Committee.

Ms. Cai specializes in investment, financing, and M&A transactions. With a deep and long-term study of comparative corporate law, she has particularly outstanding practical experience in the structural design of various complex transactions, corporate governance, and transaction negotiations. She is adept at providing comprehensive legal services by integrating fields such as compliance supervision, capital strategy, and tax planning.

Prior to joining M&T, Ms. Cai has held positions at the State Taxation Administration, the Wall Street law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, and the listed company BlueFocus Group.

蔡庆虹律师是植德北京办公室合伙人、管委会成员，曾任投资并购大部门牵头合伙人，现任业务合作与促进委员会牵头合伙人。

蔡庆虹律师专长于投融资并购交易，长期深入研究比较公司法，对于各类复杂交易的架构设计、公司治理、交易谈判具有尤为突出的实务经验，擅于结合合规监管、资本战略、税务筹划等领域提供综合性法律服务。

在加入植德之前，蔡庆虹律师曾在国家税务总局、华尔街律师事务所美国盛信律师事务所、上市公司蓝色光标传播集团先后任职。
