Tim is a real estate specialist, providing legal and strategic advice for complex property developments, leases, capital transactions and real estate joint ventures.

Tim spent several years as General Counsel and General Manager, Strategy & Legal at a property fund. Through this experience, Tim developed a deep understanding of how property funds operate, their key commercial drivers and strategies to mitigate legal and commercial risks.

From 2024, Tim is the Chair of the Australian Property Law Group, Victoria (a subcommittee of Law Council of Australia).

Tim is a leader in the build-to-rent sector and has advised some of the leading players on some of their most important transactions.
