James is a banking and finance specialist and leads the debt capital markets team at Allens. His core practice includes debt capital markets, project and infrastructure financing (including PPPs), corporate lending, derivatives and general banking matters. James brings his technical expertise to transactions in a deal-focused manner. He is at the forefront of debt capital markets in Australia, acting for financial institutions and corporates on AMTNs, Kangaroo bonds, regulatory capital, EMTN/Reg S issuances, US private placements, US 144A issuances, Samurai bond programs and structured debt issues. James advises on bilateral and syndicated facilities for corporates and infrastructure entities.
