Kylie specialises in mergers and acquisitions and commercial law, and also advises on governance, ASX and Corporations Act issues for a variety of clients across a range of sectors. She advises clients across a range of industries with significant experience in the media, infrastructure and insurance sectors. Kylie advises major Blue Chip clients of the firm, including News Group, Foxtel, Westpac, various State Governments, among others, on their most significant, strategic mergers and acquisitions. Kylie also has experience in advising the Queensland and NSW Governments on key privatisations.
