Carolyn Oddie

Carolyn has over 25 years of experience advising on competition and regulatory issues in Australia and South East Asia. She has particular experience in regulatory investigations and disputes, advising on conduct issues, particularly for companies with strong market positions, and on alliances and joint ventures including clearances for complex mergers. She has represented clients in cartel investigations and prosecutions, including leniency and immunity applications and dawn raids. Carolyn was appointed as an officer of the International Bar Association Antitrust Committee this year and was co-chair of the International Bar Association's Unilateral Conduct and Behavioural Issues Working Group.
