Vijay's practice involves advising on takeovers and schemes, acquisitions and disposals (including competitive processes), distressed M&A and restructurings. He also advises on capital management and governance queries, and regularly deals with regulators relevant to implementing transactions including the Takeovers Panel, ASIC, FIRB and ASX. Vijay's experience on many recent strategic transactions means that he is across current market-trends and practice.
