Jo is the leader of the property finance stream at Allens. She advises lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on property finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance transactions. Jo is consistently engaged to advise on the most significant property finance matters in the market. Her broad experience working with a variety of financing structures across a diverse client base means she delivers well-rounded and highly commercial advice.
