Alan Maxton

Alan's areas of expertise are corporate finance, acquisition finance, property finance and other structured transactions. He has advised on a range of finance matters including project financings, corporate financings, derivative transactions, property construction and development facilities, inventory financings, leases and debt capital market issues. Alan has developed a particularly strong corporate borrower practice and is the principal legal financial adviser to many of Australia's leading corporates including Billabong, Caltex, Origin Energy, Vodafone Hutchinson Australia, Sonic Healthcare and FOXTEL. In addition to acting for corporates, Alan advises local and international banks on corporate debt, real property and structured transactions.
