Julian Donnan

Julian is the National Co-Head of Allens' equity capital markets practice. He specialises in equity capital markets, including IPOs, secondary raisings, and block trades. He has extensive experience acting for both issuers and underwriters. Julian's deal experience includes advising the Joint Lead Managers (JLMs) on the $1.5 billion IPO of Viva Energy; the JLMs on the $2.3 billion IPO of Link Group; Vocus Group on its $652 million financing by way of accelerated rights issue and placement to fund the acquisition of Next Gen; Burson Group's $218 million rights issue to fund its acquisition of Metcash's automotive business.
