He has advised on Australia's largest and most significant takeovers for more than 25 years, and was a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel for almost ten years. Recent transactions include the $23.6 billion takeover of Sydney Airport; the $5.2 billion bid for Spark Infrastructure; the $3.5 billion bid for Vocus Communications; and the $23 billion merger of Santos and Oil Search. Guy also led the team on Unibail-Rodamco's $24 billion bid for Westfield.
