Renee Boundy

Renee has extensive experience in banking and finance, specialising in structured and asset finance (with recognised specialisations in aircraft, rolling stock and yellow goods), 'special situations' and general corporate finance. Renee leads Allens' Structured and Asset Finance stream. Renee acts for corporate borrowers, including Toyota Finance, Caltex and Evolution Mining, advising on their treasury activities including corporate and working capital, acquisition, leasing and trade facilities, derivatives and commodities. She advises all major Australian banks and a number of international financial institutions and funds. Renee delivers a commercial, strategic service to her clients in a cost effective manner.
