Nick is a construction specialist with substantial litigation and dispute resolution experience. He has acted for a number of the UK's and Australia's most significant engineering, construction, industrial and resources companies, as well as for government. Nick's work has covered mining and associated infrastructure, manufacturing and process plants, alpine development, light rail, heavy rail, power plants, renewable energy, large-scale retail developments and the defence sector. Nick is experienced in ADR as well as litigation and arbitration, and also has experience in security of payment matters. Nick's focus is on ensuring a realistic business outcome for his clients.
