Supranee is a senior associate in Tilleke & Gibbins’ corporate and commercial group, with special expertise in real estate, retail, hospitality and leisure, commercial real estate, and property funds. She assists real estate developers, hotel operators, investment funds, and a wide range of other multinational and domestic clients with various commercial transactions and other legal needs. Supranee’s wide-ranging experience in commercial real estate transactions—encompassing acquisitions, disposals, due diligence investigations, compliance with local law, drafting and negotiation of lease and purchase agreements, other investor-related documentation, and commercial contracts—makes her a sought-after advisor for overseas and domestic real estate investors.
Prior to joining Tilleke & Gibbins, she spent 20 years practicing in the field of real estate at a leading international law firm in Bangkok, where she played a key role in advising domestic and multinational clients on real estate investment, project development, and major real estate transactions. She also spent time working as an in-house lawyer for a leading financial institution in Thailand.
Supranee is a member of the Thai Bar Association and the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
