Chinese Development Bank: advising a Chinese development bank in connection with a USD 1 billion interbank loan facility to a financial institution for the purpose of supplementing the institution's working capital.
Logistics company: advised on a revolving facility to be extended by a major financial institution to a Southeast Asia logistics company based in Singapore. This included advising on the security package to secure the revolving facility, which involved a pledge over the company's subsidiaries in Thailand.
Suntech Innovation Power Company Limited: advising Suntech Innovation Power Company Limited’s in relation to the long term limited-recourse project financing of industrial waste to energy power projects comprising of a portfolio of 2 VSPP plants with a total capacity of 19.8 MW to be owned by the Borrowers with 34% owned by Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited, 33% owned by Earth Tech Environment Public Company Limited and 33% owned by Wastech Exponential Co., Ltd.
Get Green Power Company Limited: advising Get Green Power Company Limited in relation to the long term limited-recourse project financing of industrial waste to energy power projects comprise of a portfolio of 10 VSPP plants with a total capacity of 99 MW to be developed by the Borrowers which shall be 50% owned by Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited and 50% owned by Earth Tech Environment Public Company Limited.
