Smart home solutions business: advised a company based in Singapore that specializes in providing smart home solutions, in a series A fundraising to a potential investor (a Thai subsidiary company of a prominent Thai Real Estate company) and on a joint venture between our client and the potential investor in relation to a Thai interior design business online market place, which is being incorporated as a Thai company.

Online real estate platform: advising a leading online real estate platform on expanding their business scope to encompass services such as real estate and travel. Our role included liaising with relevant authorities to clarify business operations. We provided legal opinions and advice on new business models related to technology platform solutions for the real estate market and other necessary legal matters to ensure full compliance with applicable laws.

A digital advertising platform: advised a digital advertising platform on regulatory matters related to anti-money laundering regulations. This included addressing compliance issues with the relevant anti-money laundering authority concerning the client's business operations, which were not in accordance with the authority's regulations.
