Japanese glass manufacturing company: represented a subsidiary of a global glass manufacturing company headquartered in Japan, seeking court approval to dismiss the members of the Employees Committee due to the closure of business operations in Thailand.

Global consumer products company: act as legal counsel for a subsidiary of a global consumer products company, defending it against an employee whose employment was terminated due to actions that caused damage to the company. The employee subsequently filed a lawsuit against the company, alleging unfair dismissal.
