Piyawannee is a Counsel at Chandler Mori Hamada Limited. She has considerable experience advising on transactions in the real estate sector including major real estate developments in the residential sector. Piyawannee advises on the establishment of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and advises REIT managers. She also advises foreign investors on a broad range of corporate matters related to investing in Thailand.

(a subsidiary of GS Engineering & Construction Corp): assisted GS E&C in connection with the legal due diligence process and represented the client with the preparation and negotiation of joint venture agreement for the investment in a warehouse project located in Rayong province.

Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd.: advised Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., one of the biggest real estate developers in Japan. Nomura Real Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd., entered a joint venture with Origin Property Public Company Limited and its subsidiary. This joint venture involves the acquisition of shares in Origin Bang Wa Company Limited to develop a residential condominium project known as Origin Place Bang Wa Interchange consisting of two condominium buildings (29 and 39 floors), with a total of 978 residential units and one commercial unit.
