Doungporn is a Partner at Chandler Mori Hamada Limited. She has considerable experience advising on debt and equity capital markets transactions, various types of fundraising, local and cross-border debt and equity securities offerings, MTN programme establishments and drawdowns, digital bonds, offerings of structured products, hybrid securities, bank capital securities, sustainability-linked bonds, social/green bonds, liability management exercises, securitisations, in addition to high profile infrastructure funds and REITs.
She advises banks, financial institutions and securities companies (in their capacity as arrangers/underwriters or financial advisors) and major listed and non-listed companies (as issuers) in a diverse range of business sectors including government, banking and financial services, securities related businesses, consumer goods/F&B, logistics, oil and gas, power and renewable energy, as well as telecommunications.

Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (Gulf): acted as the legal advisor on a THB 25 billion bond transaction of Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (Gulf), one of the largest private power producers in Thailand. Awarded “Best Bond” Thailand, The Asset Triple A Awards 2025.
Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited: acted as Thai counsel to the issuer (Bangkok Bank PCL) in respect of its USD Rule 144A bond issuance. This involved advising on all Thai regulatory matters relating to the transaction, particularly regulations applicable to Thai commercial banks and SEC approvals.
A major microfinance company: advising the client Muangthai Capital (MTC), Thailand’s largest micro finance non-bank financial institution, on its 4-year USD 335 million amortising social bonds with J.P Morgan as the sole lead arranger and development finance structuring agent, marking the first time an international credit rating was assigned to MTC for its bond issuance and the first offshore US dollar bond issuance by a non-bank financial institution in Thailand.
Export-Import Bank of Thailand: acted for ThaiEXIM on its establishment of the bank’s MTN program and the first blue bond issuance under the MTN program. The blue bonds were offered to institutional and high net worth investors in Thailand. Awarded "Best Blue Bond" by The Asset 2025.
