Steve is a litigator who represents clients in a wide range of high-stakes business litigation. An experienced first-chair trial lawyer, Steve has extensive experience in state and federal courts across the United States and has consistently earned national recognition for his trial and litigation skills and accomplishments. He has tried many bench and jury cases to verdict as lead counsel and has succeeded in many cases, including injunction hearings before the cases advanced to trial. He has diverse experience in matters of complex general commercial, real estate, eminent domain, employment, contract, professional liability, fiduciary duty, financial services, fraud, trade secrets, and intellectual property.
