Career

Jeff has more than 30 years of legal experience representing businesses in a wide range of commercial and employment disputes, including complex business, securities, employment discrimination, and unfair competition matters. He represents a national base of clients that operate in an array of industries. Businesses rely on Jeff because of his impressive track record of success obtaining excellent results at all levels of litigation. He has successfully tried many cases before juries, judges, and arbitrators in complex litigation matters across the United States. Jeff also helps clients avoid litigation, counseling businesses on designing and implementing sound employment policies and procedures.

As Vice Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, Jeff helps lead the firm’s team of accomplished litigators and trial lawyers as they represent clients nationwide in complex litigation and arbitration matters.
