Career

Mike is a nationally recognized trial lawyer who is trusted by his clients to handle their most critical disputes. His practice is focused on complex civil litigation and encompasses a broad range of general business disputes, including the defense of commercial, banking, professional liability, securities, broker-dealer, class action, consumer, product liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases. Mike also frequently serves as a mediator and arbitrator, helping find solutions in contentious and complex disputes.

Mike is Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Governing Board.
