Jesse is a construction lawyer with more than 20 years of experience drafting/negotiating transactions and resolving disputes in the construction and real estate environments. He represents a wide variety of clients, ranging from publicly traded companies to developers, specialty contractors, and architects/engineers. Licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Illinois, Jesse serves as lead counsel in every aspect of a construction project or dispute and has significant experience with the concrete, solar, and greenhouse trades. He has substantial trial and arbitration experience, and practices in front of state and federal courts across the country. Jesse is also available to act as a mediator in construction disputes, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to help parties reach efficient and practical resolutions.
