Fritz has substantial experience in environmental and toxic tort litigation and the defense and prosecution of personal injury claims, including his work securing the largest known, single-victim personal injury settlement in the history of Kentucky or Ohio for a plaintiff who suffered burns from a spontaneous explosion of pool chemicals. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of construction-related disputes, including claims of defective construction, defective design, fraud, and negligence, as well as Fair Housing Act cases.
