She regularly advises clients on compliance and best practices in the areas of data privacy, breach response, corporate governance, and anti-bribery. She defends SEC and other regulatory enforcement actions, and has conducted many internal corporate and special litigation investigations. Fran has litigated class/mass actions in New York, California, Ohio, Indiana, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Delaware, and Texas, and has managed dozens of takeover and proxy contests involving public and private companies. Fran co-leads the firm’s Cybersecurity & Privacy and Financial Services & Securities Litigation Groups.
