Steven Hull, a partner of Stoel Rives’ Corporate Group, has for over two decades helped public and private companies, investors and individuals achieve their strategic business goals in various types of sophisticated corporate transactions. Steven has extensive experience working on deals involving private equity firms, including minority investments, and regularly represents investors and public and private companies in financing transactions and securities law matters.

Steven also represents buyers, sellers and institutional investors in many different types of M&A transactions, strategic investments and joint ventures, including representing owners of privately held companies in connection with the sale of their businesses. He represents both investors and companies in connection with venture capital financings, from early stage to late stage, including advising on deal terms and securities law matters.

Steven represents public companies in their ongoing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. In this capacity, he advises companies in the areas of SEC periodic reporting, trading and disclosure practices, proxy regulation, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, stock exchange listing requirements, investor relations and corporate governance matters.
