Simon is a workplace relations expert and Practice Leader of Allens' Employment & Safety team. Simon has significant experience advising on managing major workplace investigations, restructures and related employment and industrial relations issues. He is also an experienced litigator, representing his clients in their most sensitive and strategically significant employment disputes. Simon's clients include BP, ExxonMobil, Rio Tinto, Newcrest, Wesfarmers, Mitsui, Australia Post, NAB, CSL, QIC, KPMG, GE and the Victorian Government.
