Ryan Sevcik represents employers in workforce-related legal matters, with a particular focus on the intersection of immigration and employment law. Ryan regularly counsels clients on sponsoring foreign nationals for both nonimmigrant visas and permanent residency, guiding employers through complex regulatory processes and evolving immigration requirements.
