Ryan regularly counsels clients on sponsoring foreign nationals for both nonimmigrant visas and permanent residency, guiding employers through complex regulatory processes and evolving immigration requirements. His experience includes advising on U.S. Department of Labor audits, Form I-9 compliance, and immigration-related worksite inspections, as well as assisting with internal audits and the development of proactive compliance programs and policies.
