Stephanie Grattan works with employers and individuals on a wide range of immigration matters, helping clients address workforce challenges and navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. With a practice dedicated to immigration, she partners closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop practical, strategic solutions.

Stephanie regularly counsels companies on sponsoring foreign nationals for nonimmigrant visas and permanent residency, and advises on the impact of corporate transactions – including mergers and reorganizations – on visa holders. Her experience spans numerous visa categories and includes guiding employers through Form I-9 compliance, E-Verify requirements, and worksite enforcement matters. She also supports clients with internal audits, compliance training, and representation before federal agencies, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

In addition to her employer-focused practice, Stephanie assists individuals with family-based immigration matters, waivers, and humanitarian claims, including asylum, temporary protected status, and deferred action.
