Margaret Hershiser advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, bringing more than 25 years of experience guiding clients through complex workplace issues. Her practice spans counseling and dispute resolution – including litigation, arbitration, and mediation – with a focus on helping organizations manage risk and address employment challenges effectively.
Margaret represents clients nationwide on employment agreements, workplace policies, wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, workers’ compensation issues, and restrictive covenants.
