His experience includes developing and executing strategies to minimize exposure, maximize recoveries, and structure transactions involving distressed assets, foreclosures, and bankruptcy sales. He regularly litigates contested matters in state and federal courts, handling disputes under the Bankruptcy Code as well as complex commercial litigation involving contracts, fiduciary duties, and business relationships.
