She regularly handles trademark registration and licensing matters and collaborates closely with a global network of intellectual property counsel to support clients operating across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience also includes advising on the acquisition and transfer of intellectual property, where she drafts and negotiates development, purchase, license, and subscription agreements aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
