Roberta Christensen counsels businesses across a wide range of intellectual property matters, helping clients protect, manage, and maximize the value of their IP assets throughout their lifecycle. As Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, she delivers practical, business-focused guidance on the development, acquisition, and commercialization of intellectual property.

With a particular emphasis on trademark law, Roberta assists clients in evaluating and securing protection for their intellectual property in the United States and internationally. She regularly handles trademark registration and licensing matters and collaborates closely with a global network of intellectual property counsel to support clients operating across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience also includes advising on the acquisition and transfer of intellectual property, where she drafts and negotiates development, purchase, license, and subscription agreements aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
