Ms. Xie graduated from China University of Political Science and Law. She joined Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm in 2009 and has been a partner since 2014.

Ms. Xie’s legal practice focuses on complex commercial dispute resolution in areas such as corporate affairs, contract disputes and insurance. Ms. Xie has represented clients in hundreds of civil and commercial litigation cases at the Supreme People's Court and local courts across China particularly in Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanghai, and arbitration commissions such as CIETAC, BAC, SHIAC and SCIAC. With more than 20-year professional experience, Ms. Xie has handled a large number of major, high-profile, and complex cases with enormous amount of claims.

Having outstanding case control ability, risk prediction ability, and bold yet meticulous handling style, Ms. Xie has represented the clients, who lost the first trial, in the second-instance procedure, and wound up with a winning judgement in favor of the clients which had earned herself high appreciation from her clients.
