His work has included class actions, securities litigation, regulatory investigations, banking disputes, contract disputes, professional negligence and product liability matters. Ross led a team of lawyers defending the shareholder class action brought against Aristocrat. This was the first matter of its type to proceed to trial in Australia. Ross has also advised in relation to international business obligations, including anti-corruption and sanctions.
