She also manages from an strategical point of view numerous collective processes such as labor restructurings, collective layoffs, the modification, streamlining and unification of working conditions, temporary interruptions of contracts, collective labor agreement opt-outs, protocols and corporate policies.

Furthermore, she is the go-to expert on matters relating to corporate senior management and, specifically, termination processes and complex compensation systems (variable compensation, stock options, shares, flexible compensation, etc.).
