Corporate law (restructuring, shareholders litigation, shareholder agreements and ongoing corporate assistance). Mário is in charge of the private equity practice in Garrigues Portugal and has spearheaded most of the private equity transactions handled by our firm and some of the most relevant M&A transactions in Portugal in the last years.

Partner since 2008; joined Garrigues in 2004; Leónidas, Matos & Associados (2001-04); Landwell - PricewaterhouseCoopers (1998-2001).
