Experienced in wide and complex deals and restructuring procedures, namely collective dismissals, lay-off procedures, transfer of undertakings, due diligences and disciplinary procedures, as well as assisting multinational companies on employment and social security matters when launching their activities in Portugal. Expert in civil servants law matters, with regular assistance to public companies and entities in this area. Assistance to clients from private and public sectors in collective bargaining agreements.

Started his career at Garrigues in 2008, and is currently a Senior Associate of the firm. He has been invited to lecture courses and master classes in Portuguese universities and high education schools.
